Helmets to Hardhats is a program that rewards young men and women who comprise our armed forces and have honorably served our country with pride and distinction by assisting them in obtaining career opportunities. The tax payers of our nation have invested billions of dollars in training our armed forces. The goal of Helmets to Hardhats is to transition their military skills and life experiences into meaningful career opportunities.
